July Summer Sports Camp - One Week

$200.00

This camp option is for one week out of five for our 2024 Summer Sports Camp at HCCS.

Sample Schedule: Introduction to Sports, Water Play, & Teamwork

Rotating Sports Schedule:

Each week, all age groups will rotate through the following sports, spending two/three days on each sport:

  • Soccer: Training drills, small-sided games, and scrimmages emphasizing teamwork, skill development, and game strategy.

  • Basketball: Skills training, shooting drills, scrimmages, and tactical sessions focusing on offense, defense, and team play.

  • Flag Football (Ages 7 and Up Only): Flag football drills, offensive and defensive strategies, and competitive scrimmages.

  • Soccer Golf: Continued practice with new challenges and variations to enhance skills and creativity.

  • Badminton (Ages 7 and Up Only): Badminton training including advanced shots, strategies, and matches.

  • PE Games: Incorporation of various PE games and team-building activities to reinforce skills, fitness, and teamwork.

  • Water Play Extravaganza: Beat the heat with our refreshing water play activities, including water balloon toss, sprinkler fun, and more aquatic adventures!

  • Relay Races and Teamwork Challenges: Test your speed, agility, and teamwork skills in relay races and exciting team challenges that will keep everyone on their toes.

This rotating schedule allows campers to experience a variety of sports while gradually advancing their skills and knowledge throughout the summer camp program.

*Please Note: PreK-1st graders will not particiapte in badminton and flag football as appropriate for their age levels. They will be doing art or teamwork challenges or PE games during these rotations.
