REFUND POLICY

  • All requests for credits or refunds must be made before your clinic and camp begins

  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled session due to personal reasons (travel, illness, schedule conflict, etc).

  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for failure to attend a make-up session.

  • Refund or credit requests made within 48-hours of a season/camp start date, or 24-hours of a session after the start date, are subject to refund. 

MAKE-UP CLASSES:

  • Make-up sessions cannot be scheduled for individual players unable to attend scheduled sessions for personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc).

  • If your school or childcare center is closed due to snow or other weather-related issues, we will work with your school to reschedule.

  • Every attempt will be made to schedule make-up sessions one cancelled session due to inclement weather (park reservations and school schedules allowing) or coach absence.

  • Make-up sessions may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled class. If a make-up session is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will not be rescheduled; vouchers, credits or refunds will be offered.

 

PROGRAM & SEASON CANCELLATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 enrolled players are required at least 5 days prior to the first session for that program to take place. West Coast Soccer Academy reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment.
