Montclair Elementary Spring Soccer Program

Hosted by West Coast Soccer Academy

📅 Dates: April 21st – May 19th (Mondays)
⏳ Duration: 5 Sessions | After School
👦 Grades: K-5th (Split into K-2 & 3-5)
⚽ Coaches: 2 Staff Members
💲 Cost: $90 total (50% off for siblings)

Program Overview

This program is designed to help young players build confidence, coordination, and teamwork through engaging and structured play. Our experienced coaches create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters skill development and a love for the game.

Skill Development Focus

K-2nd Grade:

  • Ball Control – Learning to dribble and maneuver the ball.

  • Teamwork – Understanding how to share the ball and play cooperatively.

  • Focus & Following Directions – Developing attention skills through fun drills.

3rd-5th Grade:

  • Dribbling & Passing – Improving ball control and passing accuracy.

  • Shooting – Developing power and precision in shooting techniques.

  • Game Strategy – Learning basic soccer formations and team tactics.

  • Teamwork & Focus – Strengthening collaboration and decision-making on the field.

Drop-off & Pick-up Instructions

  • The program begins immediately after school. Teachers will escort participants to the coaches, who will then walk them to the Montclair Soccer Field for practice.

  • Pick-up is at 4:00 PM. Parents/guardians must check out their child with the coaching staff before leaving.
